1. Metal-punching technology
OPD has extensive experience in the metal–punching industry with leading technological capabilities. Our emphasis is on cross industrial technology development and innovation. Our expertise includes:
★ Progressive succession of cold punching and cold forging processing, creating a continuous production line for aluminum mobile phone back cover.
★ For the manufacturing of aluminum battery cover of mobile phone, we have developed a unique processing method combining progressive punching and progressive brushing, creating a continuous production line.
★ Use of diamond cutting technology to process mirror effect of metal parts. This technology can be used to produce mirror effect mobile battery cover.
★ Development of mirror effect production on aluminum for the manufacturing of camera ring for mobile phone. A patent has been applied for this technology. (Application no.200510035990.3)
★ Strategic partnership with specialized surface processing plants for anodic oxidation, painting, chemical etching, zinc die-casting plating.
2. Non-standard equipment manufacturing
★ Design and manufacturing of diamond cutting machinery, used in mirror effect surface processing.
★ Design and manufacturing of an environmental friendly automated cleaning machinery and its production line, used in raw material cleaning before feed.
★ Design and manufacturing of a robot manipulator used in punching machine. The robot is used for simultaneous production with different tooling die under the same punching machine.
★ Design and manufacturing of feeder control equipment, used to control the feeding process of production line with multiple feeders and multiple punching machines.
